1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lift Log, a fitness tracking application. By creating an account and using the app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lift Log is a fitness tracking application that provides:

• Workout logging and tracking
• Exercise database with 3,242 exercises and video demonstrations
• Custom workout program creation
• Progress analytics and charts
• Body weight tracking
• Automatic data sync via iCloud

3. Account Registration

3.1 Sign in with Apple

You must create an account using Sign in with Apple to use Lift Log. By signing up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your Apple ID
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lift Log only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create in Lift Log, including:

• Workout logs and exercise data
• Custom programs and routines
• Weight tracking entries
• Personal notes and preferences

5. Medical Disclaimer

5.1 Consult a Healthcare Professional

Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your physician or other healthcare provider. This is especially important if you:

• Have any pre-existing medical conditions
• Are taking any medications
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are over 40 years old
• Have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure

5.2 Exercise at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that:

• Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You are solely responsible for your safety during workouts
• You should stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• The exercise videos and instructions are for informational purposes only

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

Lift Log, including its design, features, and exercise database, is owned by Kaden Yokota and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Exercise Videos

Exercise demonstration videos are provided by third-party sources and are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

6.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lift Log for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of Lift Log is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 iCloud Sync

Your fitness data is automatically synced to your private iCloud account. You acknowledge that:

• Data sync requires an active iCloud account
• iCloud storage limits may apply
• Data sync is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Liability for Injuries

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of Lift Log or participation in any exercise program.

8.2 No Liability for Data Loss

While we strive to ensure data reliability through iCloud sync, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lift Log, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any injuries or damages resulting from your exercise activities

10. Account Deletion and Termination

10.1 Account Deletion by You

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab
2. Scroll to "Account Actions"
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion twice

Account deletion will permanently remove:

• All workout logs and exercise data
• All custom programs and routines
• All weight tracking entries
• Your user profile and preferences
• All data synced to iCloud

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

10.2 Temporary Deactivation

If you want to temporarily stop using Lift Log without deleting your data, you can sign out or delete the app from your device. Your data will remain in iCloud and can be accessed when you sign back in.

10.3 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lift Log if you violate these Terms.

10.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. Your data stored in iCloud will remain subject to Apple's iCloud policies unless you have deleted your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lift Log shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lift Log regarding your use of the app.
