This Privacy Policy describes how GMAT Vocab Widget App ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect. We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your email address and authentication credentials. When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and a unique identifier from the respective authentication provider. We do not have access to your password.

2. Information Collected Automatically. When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including device information such as your device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. We also collect usage data including which vocabulary words you have reviewed, your progress statistics, and how you interact with the App's features.

3. How We Use Your Information. We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App; to personalize your experience and track your learning progress; to sync your data across multiple devices; to communicate with you about the App, including updates and support; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

4. Data Storage and Security. Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings, which will result in the deletion of your personal data from our servers.

6. Third-Party Services. The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include Firebase (for authentication and data storage), Google Sign-In (for authentication), and Apple Sign-In (for authentication). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

7. Children's Privacy. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete such information.

8. Your Rights. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
